Intake Manifold Port Bushing (OEM+)

Tired of cheap manifold port bushings that wear out quickly from poor rubber quality and poor design (straight sides). MCS has designed an OEM equivalent bushing with OEM+ material. These bushings mimic the OEM flared bottom that is critical to keep the port fittings in place along with an oil-resistant urethane that won’t swell and degrade like the currently available aftermarket ones do.

Cut down on vacuum leaks which affect both idle quality and performance with these uprated bushings to use with your factory or MCS stainless steel fittings. Both small port and large port sizes available. Small port bushings were used on all manifolds in various quantities (1-3 usually). Large port fittings were used on ‘86-’87 manifolds for the idle control valve return. ‘85 16V cars use a different size for this and was replaced by a permanent fitting.
